I purchased my 2007 Tundra used at Hurlbert Toyota because I liked it. I was completely dissatisfied with my experience there and only had service done there until my 1 year free oil changes ran out. I was looking for a Toyota dealer to have needed service done and I was very pleased with my experience at Rochester Toyota. I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. My tires were very worn so the service advisor informed me when I returned that they didn't rotate them because it wouldn't have helped and they didn't want me to waste my money! Most places would have done it anyway and then charged me for it and then tried to sell me 4 new tires. Your dealership didn't try to push new tires at me and I had to ask for a quote. I was very impressed. If I don't purchase tires from Rochester Toyota it is only because I can't afford it at this point in time. Your quote was very good and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them from you. Thank you for a great experience and a new home for my Tundra.

I brought my Tacoma in @ 8:30 as requested for rear spring recall. I was told that the repair would take approx 2 hours, possibly 2-1/2 hours.
