We put a time log in each area where one of our guests would sit. Every record has the time of day when wiped down last. Team members are to wear gloves when cleaning. Our recon department is disinfecting any sold vehicle while performing the final clean before the customer picks up. Conveniences for Service and Sales Customers We provide pick-up and delivery for our service customers within a 15 mile radius. For our customers beyond 15 miles, we will try our best to accommodate on a case by case basis. Pick-Up/Drop Off service includes clean/disinfect at drop off location. We also have a drop-box outside our service entrance to safely drop off your vehicle without coming inside. We have removed partitions from our sales stations so customers and sales consultants can maintain at a minimum of a 6’ distance apart. At Rochester Toyota, we want all of our customers to be satisfied with their pre-owned purchase. This is why we feel it is important to be transparent and share our policy on vehicles sold without a warranty prior to customer purchase. Please read this entire disclaimer to determine if a vehicle sold AS-IS/No Warranty is for you. We sell a select few of our pre-owned vehicles that pass a New Hampshire state inspection but are sold AS-IS and do not carry a warranty/guarantee. These vehicles are priced accordingly. Some recommended maintenance items are not repaired to keep the cost down for our budget conscientious customers. These vehicles may need additional maintenance or repairs in the near or not so distant future. To be straightforward; any repair that is not a requirement for NH state inspection will not be repaired by us under any circumstances without passing the entire cost to you the customer. We will not repair any squeaks, rattles, vibrations, leaks, failed fuel pumps, radiators, transmissions, engines, differentials, etc. You are welcome to have your private mechanic inspect it at your own cost if you wish prior to purchase. Items required for NH state inspection will be looked at on a case by case basis for 1 week or 100 miles (whichever occurs first) from date of final purchase. Current state laws only require a vehicle to pass NH state inspection on the day the customer takes ownership. After that day it's yours to keep. This policy applies to all vehicles in this category regardless of the price paid. Most of our pre-owned vehicles are sold with a warranty, reconditioned to the highest standards after going through our rigorous used vehicle inspection process.
