Salesperson Quincy was very professional, and thorough. He answered all my questions doing the necessary research to find the answers. He was very pleasant and never made me feel pressured to buy the car. I only give the dealership 4 stars because I didn’t like that they attempted to sell many different warrantees even requiring me to watch a video about fabric and paint protection. This was not the salespersons fault.

BEWARE!! You may have a good experience when buying the vehicle but service and their willingness to accept responsibility for work done is laughable. Just because the dealership changed hands means warrenties on work they contracted out means nothing. me and my husband will never be going back again
Called multiple times to make sure they had a free loaner car so I could get to work I asked multiple times and made multiple calls to make sure this was so. They assured me it would be and then they tried to charge me for the loaner when I came in for the service.

I spent hours searching through the inventory of every Toyota dealership within a 3-hour range as I knew exactly what I wanted. Rochester Toyota has a huge selection with the best prices by far that I could find, and so I made the 2.5 hour drive.

Both her and everyone I spoke with at the dealership were great, the environment was very low stress and I never felt pressured. Incredibly friendly and helpful folks at the dealership! Without even checking to see if I'd already found something else, they traded one of the their in-stock vehicles with another dealership so they could have the exact vehicle I wanted in stock and called to let me know! Saved me from getting a vehicle I was not 100% excited for. They even matched the lower cost of the vehicle I was about to purchase.
