The Excess Wear & Use Protection Plan from Toyota Financial Services helps waive your responsibility for qualifying excess wear and use charges at lease-end including
Each covered single event valued at $1,000 or less
Each covered missing part or equipment valued at $200 or less
Up to a maximum of $5,000 in total excess wear and use charges
As a part of everyday driving, normal wear and use can be expected. However, when turning in a lease vehicle, you are responsible for any wear and use damage that is considered excessive under the terms of your lease.
COMMON EXAMPLES OF EXCESS WEAR & USE:
Covered excess wear and use items must be within plan limits.
Interior cuts, burns, or stains
Damage to tires, rims or hubcaps
Broken or scratched windshield, windows, mirrors or lights
Damaged bumpers, body dents, dings or scratches

KEY REPLACEMENT
Whether your keys are lost, stolen, or damaged, you’ll be taken care of with Key Replacement Protection
KEY REPLACEMENT BENEFITS
Replacement of the covered vehicle key/remote if lost, damaged, or stolen, up to $800 per occurance
Lock-out assistance to unlock the vehicle if your vehicle keys are lost, damaged, or stolen, up to $100 per occurrence
ADDITIONAL BENEFITS
Towing assistance, up to $100 per occurrence
Taxi/Rental vehicle/public transportation reimbursement, up to $75 per occurence
Replacement benefit for additional non-programmable keys on the key ring, up to $250 per covered key claim for a total of up to three (3) occurrences
COVERAGE EXCLUSIONS MAY APPLY*
Replacement keys, if you did not receive two (2) master keys at the time of purchase/lease of the vehicle
Replacement keys, if the damaged keys are covered by the manufacturer’s, repairer’s, or supplier’s warranty or recall
